• Leading large-scale operations across F&B, accommodation, and guest experience
• Overseeing complex, high-volume food & drink operations — from quick bites to a more premium offer
• Coaching and inspiring multi-functional teams to deliver WOW moments daily
• Owning KPIs, compliance, and operational excellence
