What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations
• Leading and developing a team of 50+ RNs and LPNs
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care
• Supporting and executing strategic growth and business initiatives
• Collaborating with executive leadership on performance metrics and improvement plans
• Recruiting, retaining, and developing clinical talent
• Stepping in to cover clinical shifts or operations as needed

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
• Active RN license in the state of Alabama
• Demonstrated success in healthcare leadership or operations
• Deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and home care compliance
• Familiarity with the Birmingham-area healthcare ecosystem and talent market
• Comfortable using EMRs, Microsoft Office Suite, and healthcare scheduling/payroll software
