Bedford School seeks an ambitious coach and educator to establish and lead its first-ever netball programme as the School moves towards co-education in 2027. The Director will shape vision and culture from day one, aiming to compete at high levels while broadening participation.

Starting Summer Term 2027, the role combines netball leadership with teaching curriculum PE and GCSE PE, with potential to teach BTEC Sport and Exercise Science.

Responsabilités

• Lead coaching and development across netball, including facilities and fixtures.
• Build recruitment pipeline and relationships with feeder schools and clubs.
• Teach curriculum PE and GCSE PE; may teach BTEC Sport and Exercise Science.
