As a National Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for:

Lead and inspire a national external sales team to deliver exceptional sales growth and gross margin performance across the branch network.

Shape and execute the national sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning with wider business goals.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving service excellence and unlocking market potential.

Champion the use of Salesforce and data-driven insights to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture and collaborative team environment.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Proven experience in leading large, high-performing external sales teams in multi-branch, multi-channel environments.

Power cable & accessories market experience is essential.

Commercially astute with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, gross margin, and market dynamics.

Skilled in CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
