We're looking for a Director of Markets to lead the team that acts as the voice of the market inside Alfa - shaping how we win in the global auto and equipment finance industry.**What we'll do together**You'll lead Alfa's Markets function, building and leading a team of Market Leads and analysts who act as the voice of the market inside Alfa. Through a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive positioning, regulatory change and industry trends, you'll make sure our commercial, product and strategic direction stays aligned to real market opportunities.You'll own our market-level go-to-market strategies and propositions, support major sales opportunities with strategic guidance and executive-level engagement, and act as a senior external voice for Alfa with customers, prospects, industry bodies and analysts - including a leading role in shaping the content and themes at Alfa Connect, our flagship client event.**How we'll work together**You'll be a key member of our Revenue leadership team, working closely with Product, Strategy, Delivery, Partnering and Marketing so that market insight shapes everything from product roadmaps to campaign planning. Alongside our Director of Product, you'll model open collaboration and constructive challenge, always in the best interests of Alfa and our customers.
