Leadout Capital seeks a Director, Solution Consulting specializing in Marketing Cloud and Data 360. You will be an expert in customer engagement and data architecture, guiding transformation programmes across channels for enterprise customers.

You will act as a senior advisor to clients and partners, leading workshops and delivering end-to-end marketing and data solutions. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• Extensive Salesforce consulting leadership experience.
• Experience designing and delivering Marketing Cloud and Data 360 solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solution/technical direction and performance leadership.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Drive AI-first delivery and engineering methodology in the practice.
• Act as trusted advisor to client leadership and guide deployment of enterprise AI architecture.
• Own design, delivery, testing and deployment of complex marketing and data solutions.
• Establish trust with customer executives and promote Salesforce best practices.
• Manage expectations and negotiate complex solutions with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risk on high-profile engagements.
