Director of Machine Learning

IC Resources is partnering with an AI-chip manufacturer to find a new Director of ML (Machine Learning). The role requires technical expertise in developing novel model architectures and training methods for deep-learning hardware accelerators and applications. You will apply your vision and strategy to the technical roadmap and guide the ML team towards innovative solutions.

Do you understand the inner workings of neural networks and have experience implementing them on AI accelerators? Have you spent at least 2 years developing leadership skills in a senior role? If so, this could be the next step in your career.

Essential experience

• PhD with relevant publications or a strong academic background
• Understanding of both the theory and application of ML
• Knowledge of recent developments in ML
• 5+ years of industry experience or extensive post-doc research in ML applied to AI hardware
• 2+ years of leadership experience
