A strategic and service-focused leader with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality and leisure sector. Skilled in curating exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue performance, and leading high-performing teams to consistently deliver at the highest standard.

What you will do as a Director of Leisure and Diplomatic Sales

• Responsible for managing Diplomatic and Local Enterprise (LE) accounts on a daily basis to ensure revenue targets are met, service levels are maintained, and business opportunities are maximized.
• Develop and implement clear strategies aimed at enhancing account performance and achieving annual sales goals.
• Contribute to the creation of the hotel's annual business plan in coordination with the sales team, and monitor monthly performance against established objectives.
• Maintain regular reporting of sales activities through daily and weekly updates to support performance analysis and continuous improvement.
• Provide direction and support to the Corporate Sales Executive to ensure achievement of individual sales goals and conduct regular reviews of active, potential, and lost business to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the Hyatt Sales Force to strengthen the hotel's position within the global market and optimize relationships with key international accounts.
• Oversee budget management by ensuring departmental expenses are within approved limits and that all spending is appropriately documented and authorized.
• Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing staff scheduling, promoting effective multitasking, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets and rosters.
