Position: Director of Leisure & Entertainment Sales
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Sales Incentive Plan
Reporting to: Director of Sales & Marketing
The Director of Leisure & Entertainment Sales plays a key role in elevating the brand and creating extraordinary guest experiences. This position is designed for a dynamic and strategic sales leader with expertise in luxury hospitality and entertainment. Responsible for managing transient and group sales within the leisure and entertainment segments, the role involves fostering relationships with industry stakeholders and driving revenue growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive leisure and entertainment sales strategy to drive revenue and market penetration.
Identify and target key markets, including high-net-worth individuals, travel agencies, corporate groups, entertainment companies, and event organizers.
Execute sales action plans focused on entertainment, music, touring, film, sporting markets, and leisure travel, particularly in the U.S., while supporting growth in Europe, GCC, Australia, LATAM, and Asia.
Curate and execute exclusive, memorable events for luxury clients, such as private concerts, celebrity appearances, and unique entertainment experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, celebrities, influencers, travel advisors, and entertainment industry professionals.
Develop strategic partnerships with luxury travel and entertainment agencies, as well as event planners, to secure high-profile bookings.
Act as the primary contact for luxury clients, delivering bespoke experiences and high-touch sales efforts to ensure repeat business.
Support the seamless execution of media previews (junkets), talent handling, and coordination with internal departments.
Proven experience in a similar role within high-pressure, dynamic environments.
Strong sales record, preferably in entertainment and luxury hospitality industries.
Deep understanding of the entertainment market and managing high-profile clients.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under pressure.
Passion for luxury hospitality and understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.
