A forward-thinking secondary school is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Learning - Vocational Offer to lead the strategic development of vocational education, with a key focus on Information Technology across KS3-KS5.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of vocational subject teachers

-Oversee curriculum design, delivery, and quality assurance in IT and vocational subjects

-Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement

-Plan and deliver intervention and enrichment programmes

Act as the Quality Nominee for the vocational curriculum

-Support departmental staff development and training

Requirements:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree

-Experience teaching IT (GCSE essential, A-Level desirable)

-Strong track record of raising attainment

-Leadership experience within a school setting

-Ability to manage staff, curriculum planning, and performance data

-Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
