Director of Teaching & Learning

Salary: £53,731 - £58,893

Grade: (L1 – L5)

Hours: Full time

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Lake Farm Park Academy serves the children and families of the diverse community of Hayes in West London and caters to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, benefiting from shared expertise across eight academies and providing opportunities for good practice sharing and high-quality training.

Are you looking for a challenge and eager to work with teachers across the whole school setting? The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, self-motivated, and able to work independently. They will support the academy in establishing a safe, happy, and inclusive environment where hard work, good behaviour, and progress are valued. This role offers an exciting leadership development opportunity to help shape the future strategic direction of the academy.

Essential requirements include at least three full years of teaching experience.
