We are seeking a Director of IT, SAP Business Process Architect to lead our SAP initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA 2022 Private Cloud and FIORI applications. This role involves guiding SAP strategy, ensuring best practices, and integrating SAP solutions across departments within a GXP and SOX-compliant environment. The director will oversee change management, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with developers and functional analysts to optimize SAP configurations and applications.

The role requires ownership of post-implementation assessments, security reviews, and the identification of business process improvements. The director will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting ongoing SAP support and development, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. The position also involves vendor management, budget planning, and fostering a safety-conscious work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Align SAP solutions with strategic business goals through collaboration with leadership.
• Build strong relationships with business partners to improve satisfaction and support.
• Lead SAP roadmaps and work closely with technical architects.
• Evaluate and recommend technology strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage ticket prioritization, issue resolution, and documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2022+ and related modules, FIORI, and compliance standards.
