We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Director of IT and Transformation to lead the evolution of the technology landscape across our business.

In this new role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling innovation, driving efficiency, supporting procurement, our social value objectives and align technology initiatives in support of our community impact outcomes.

Flexibility in relation to the location of the role is offered - to work out of any of our national offices with regular travel to Uxbridge

What you'll Do:

Responsible for the development and implementation of business transformation, IT and digitisation at LHCPG, you'll:

  • Lead the strategic direction, oversight and governance of digital transformation, IT security, business intelligence and business continuity
  • Set the vision and drawing stakeholders together, in a role which will have a significant impact on LHCPG's success
  • Oversee our technology strategy and drive innovation to support the delivery of our strategic objectives.
  • Lead the Uxbridge based IT and Transformation teams, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our business.
  • Ensure our technology solutions and transformation programmes meet the needs of all our customers and align with our business goals.

What you'll Bring:

  • A strong track record of embedding digital innovation, including AI and data platforms, into core service delivery.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, preferably within the public or not-for-profit sector.
  • Deep understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management.
  • A collaborative, values-driven leader who champions community impact, sustainability and people development.
  • A strategic thinker with practical delivery experience, ideally having worked within procurement, construction, or housing-related sectors.
