Description:

  1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive business experience in HR management and leadership roles, including talent management, learning and development, recruitment, organizational development, succession planning, and compensation. Preferably with a well-known engineering and/or upstream oil and gas firm.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  3. Qualifications: Professional Designation preferred. Demonstrated skills in developing strategic plans, recruiting, employment branding, training, succession, and retention strategies. Effective interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  4. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams, hands-on management style, and strong project management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with ability to deliver clear presentations. Highly organized with attention to detail. Demonstrates initiative and results orientation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide thought leadership to create and drive subsea HR strategy.
  2. Develop strategic insights and recommendations for business challenges and opportunities.
  3. Communicate strategies to senior management through well-structured, fact-based presentations.
  4. Enhance analytical and strategic capabilities; mentor analysts to become generalist problem solvers.
  5. Lead business improvement projects as an HR business partner for Senior Leadership in Subsea.
  6. Align HR initiatives with business strategy and objectives.
  7. Participate in strategic planning for Subsea.
  8. Create and execute strategic plans to improve performance through people development programs.
  9. Oversee global talent acquisition, development, and people management strategies for the Business Unit.
  10. Ensure effective hiring decisions in collaboration with managers.
  11. Design, develop, implement, and evaluate compensation strategies aligned with corporate vision.
  12. Manage HR staff performance metrics.
  13. Identify trends, diagnose processes, and recommend improvements.
  14. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues.
