Duncan Lewis Solicitors is seeking a Housing Solicitor Director for the Leeds team. You will oversee all housing work, provide technical guidance, and supervise solicitors and caseworkers to manage complex caseloads.

The role requires strong client care, advocacy, and business development skills, with opportunities for progression in a nationally recognized firm. Competitive salary and hybrid-working options available.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ PQE in Housing and Litigation with court representation.
• Duty Advisor experience under Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme in last 2 years.
• Willingness to work towards SQM Supervisor standard in Housing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead housing work with technical guidance to the team.
• Represent clients in Housing Court Duty Scheme matters.
• Supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers.
• Deliver training and development within the department.
• Manage diverse housing cases including homelessness and eviction.
• Develop business through client care and marketing.
