Job Description

This is a unique chance to scale a business in the UK with an already proven business model and be part of the founding UK leadership team.

The Role

This is a crucial hire for the business and the first marketing/growth role in the UK. You will be in charge of three areas in the business: E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, and Brand.

You’ll be responsible for driving strategy and execution as well as building and leading the team to accelerate growth through customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

You’ll be working on:

  • Growth Marketing: Accelerating performance and driving step-changed growth across new marketing channels and innovative methods. You will build a scalable, repeatable acquisition engine to generate leads, drive product adoption, and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Website: Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to develop the website and app to enhance user adoption and retention.
  • Brand: Lead teams to develop compelling creative strategies and campaigns that resonate with users and members, fostering the desired behaviors. Develop a clear brand strategy aligned with the mission and based on consumer insights.

About You

  • 8+ years of senior-level marketing leadership experience, including experience at a high-growth B2C scale-up.
  • Expertise in Growth, Marketing, and Product with a proven track record in managing large customer acquisition and retention programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building, leading, and coaching teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
  • Strategically minded with the ability to engage in detailed work.
  • Start-up mentality with a bias for action and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing for parents and children is a plus.
