The Opportunity
As our Director of Global PMO and Partner Delivery Success, you’ll lead two mission-critical pillars within our Professional Services team: the Global Project Management Office (PMO) and our Partner Delivery ecosystem.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on building governance, enablement, and scalable delivery. You’ll collaborate across teams and time zones to ensure our delivery practices—whether internal or partner-led—are seamless, consistent, and always focused on creating high-quality outcomes for our customers.
The Team
You’ll join the Professional Services organization, partnering closely with delivery leads, project managers, partner managers, and cross-functional teams across the globe. This is a growing team dedicated to operational excellence and customer success, with team members located in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead our Global PMO Strategy
Develop and evolve the Global PMO roadmap to support business growth
Establish frameworks for governance, including scope control, risk management, and resource planning
Introduce scalable tools and delivery methodologies across regions
Mentor and support project managers and delivery leaders
Drive Partner Delivery Success
Build and lead a global Partner Enablement and Certification Program
Define partner onboarding, training, and certification journeys
Work cross-functionally to embed partners into our service delivery workflows
Ensure partners consistently meet our delivery standards
Build and Lead our Xpert Services Function
Launch a specialized team to support partners on complex projects
Provide delivery guidance, project support, and quality oversight
Conduct delivery health checks and champion excellence across engagements
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in professional services, program management, or service delivery leadership—preferably in SaaS or digital services
A proven track record of building and scaling PMOs with strong governance and operational structure
Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience developing and running partner enablement or certification programs
Confident collaborating cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar platforms
Comfort operating in dynamic, global environments
