Director of Fundraising & Partnerships

Location: Hybrid flexible working, Winchester based office (expectation 1 day per week)

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

Our client helps adults at risk of or affected by hepatic related disease or cancer. They are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Fundraising & Partnerships to join their Senior Management Team and lead their ambitious plans to grow income and impact.

This pivotal role will shape and deliver their fundraising strategy, diversify income streams, and build long-term relationships with major donors, corporate partners, trusts, and foundations.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a multi-year fundraising and partnerships strategy across trusts, foundations, major donors, corporates, legacies, individuals, community, and digital channels.
  • Personally cultivate and manage high-value supporters and corporate partners.
  • Drive innovation using the latest fundraising tools, technology, and analytics to embed a data-driven approach across the team.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing fundraising team.
  • Provide strategic insight and reporting to the CEO, SMT, and Trustees.
