Job summary

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Fire Safety to lead a critical service protecting patients, staff and visitors across a complex multi-site estate. You will advise the Board, shape strategy and ensure compliance with fire and building safety legislation.

You will oversee a respected team, manage budgets and suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in fire safety across the Trust with senior stakeholders and external bodies.

Qualifications

• Senior-level fire safety management qualifications and credentials.
• Experience with developing and implementing fire safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fire safety service across multiple sites, developing policies, strategies, risk assessments and evacuation plans.
• Oversee audits, fire safety systems, equipment, training and incident investigations; ensure compliance.
