ISS is looking for a dynamic Director of FP&A & Business Performance to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and strategic insight across the UK & Ireland business. This is a high-profile role offering direct exposure to the CFO, CLT, and senior leaders — ideal for someone ready to lead from the front and make a real commercial impact.

You’ll be central to how finance drives value, combining leadership, innovation, and rigour to deliver smarter, faster decision-making across a complex, service-driven organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead a high-performing, responsive FP&A function delivering insight and analysis across the business
• Define and embed standardised planning and forecasting from regional to contract level
• Own and manage the UK&I planning tool — ensuring it’s up to date, fit-for-purpose, and adaptable to change
• Deliver high-quality, value-adding insight and reporting to senior stakeholders (CFO, CLT, Segment Directors)
• Play a lead role in defining and implementing the finance data strategy in collaboration with IT
• Promote strong business case governance and support commercial decision-making with accurate, timely analysis
• Drive the evolution of financial reporting — moving toward more agile, driver-based reporting models

• 10+ years' post-qualified experience with a strong track record in team leadership
• Broad finance experience across both controlling and business partnering
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen within a service-led environment
• Proven success in planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
