Our client is a high-growth and highly innovative business at the forefront of a growing sector and with ambitious plans. Backed by a leading private equity fund, the business has experienced exceptional growth in recent years and is poised for the next stage in it’s successful development.

Description

Reporting directly to the CFO, the business is looking for a Director of FP&A to drive business performance. In addition to leading on all commercial finance activities, the position will act as a key contact between finance and the private equity fund, also partnering with senior leadership to drive insights that support growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will also support on M&A, with an emphasis on financial modelling and due diligence.

Skills

Candidates for this Director of FP&A role will be qualified accountants, with first class academic profiles, and a strong track record in commercial finance, ideally gained within a high-growth, technology focussed environment. Prior exposure to private equity backed businesses would be highly advantageous, as well as exposure to senior stakeholders, and experience of managing a large team. A genuine passion for the technology sector is essential, along with the ability to operate at significant pace and influence at the board level.
