• 10+ years’ experience in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Services with senior leadership exposure.
• Track record of delivering large, complex transactions.
• Experience with Private Equity clients and portfolio company situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Provide board-level insights on deal value, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive post-deal value creation strategies and operational improvements.
