The Role

Reporting to the Global Finance Director, the Director of Finance will oversee all accounting and financial requirements for three high-end hotel properties in central London. The role involves leading the financial management and control of all finance-related operations with a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for end-to-end finance management, accounting, and performance optimization, including risk, audit, and compliance functions. About You

• 4+ years of experience in a similar commercial finance role
• Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or related industry
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with comprehensive finance experience
• Accredited ACA, ACCA, CIMA (full desirable)
• Knowledge of Opera and/or ERP solutions such as Oracle/SAP (desirable, not essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or accounting
• MBA is desirable but not essential
