This is a broad and influential role, combining strategic financial leadership with responsibility for estates, facilities, procurement and wider corporate resources. You will help ensure that every pound, asset and enabling service supports excellent care, positive colleague experience and our long-term resilience.

Credible with Boards and senior stakeholders, you will explain complex issues clearly, provide constructive challenge and build trusted relationships across clinical, retail, income-generating and professional services. Above all, you will be a visible, values‑led leader who combines integrity and financial grip with compassion, collaboration and ambition.
