Job Description:

The St. Regis London, a highly anticipated addition to the renowned St. Regis Hotels & Resorts portfolio, is set to open in Mayfair in Spring 2026. This pre-opening property will feature 195 rooms and suites by Richmond International, aiming to be the city's most exquisite destination for locals and travelers alike. As the Director of Sales & Distribution, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, build relationships with key partners, oversee distribution channels, and uphold luxury standards.

We seek a visionary leader with deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market, strategic thinking, and a proven record of achieving targets. As a member of the executive team reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate to position The St. Regis London as the premier luxury hotel in the city, delivering bespoke service aligned with the brand.

The role involves strategic financial leadership, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and analyzing market and business performance. You will partner with the General Manager and executive team to drive business planning and financial forecasting, influencing the hotel's financial architecture from the ground up.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; minimum 3 years in finance/accounting.
  • OR Master’s degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Pre-opening or luxury hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
  • Core Responsibilities
    Strategic Planning & Financial Leadership
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for profitability and efficiency.
  • Create budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

      Finance Goals & Compliance
    • Ensure accurate profit/loss documentation, tax compliance, and performance tracking.
    • Oversee purchasing and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
