This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing experience, eager to make an impact at a company as part of the senior leadership team. Reporting to the VP, this role will manage key financial functions and be hands-on in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead accounting operations across manufacturing facility
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Lead the year-end audit process and ensure full compliance with Canadian & US tax regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and standard procedures.
  • Drive the monthly financial close, including budget-to-actual variance analysis.
Requirements:
  • CPA is required
  • Manufacturing experience is a requirement for this role
  • 5+ years at the Controllership level or higher
  • Strong business partnering experience
  • Sox experience is considered an asset
