SGS College is seeking an outstanding Director of Finance to join the College Leadership Team at an exciting point in delivering the SGS 2031: Get Future Ready strategy.

The post holder will lead the Finance Strategy, ensure strong financial health, compliance and governance, and develop a service-focused finance function. The successful candidate will be CCAB qualified with substantial experience in budgeting, forecasting and statutory accounts.

We are seeking an outstanding Director of Finance to join our College Leadership Team at an exciting point in the delivery of our SGS 2031: Get Future Ready strategy.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO & Chief Operations Officer, the postholder will lead the College's Finance Strategy, supporting sustainable financial planning and ensuring strong financial health, compliance and governance.

This is a key leadership role for a strategic and experienced finance professional who can provide effective financial planning, reporting and control while leading and developing a strong, service-focused finance function.

The successful candidate will be a CCAB qualified accountant or equivalent, with substantial experience of financial control, statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting and leading a professional finance team.
