Job description

Director of Finance, Devon, £65,000+ (DOE) - This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines and simply report the numbers. We're looking for a hands-on finance leader who can think strategically, get into the detail and make things happen. REF:5419.

THE ROLE:

• Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help shape the future direction of the business while also getting stuck into the fundamentals, strengthening financial processes, improving systems and controls, building robust foundations and finding smarter ways of working.
• You will have the opportunity to shape the finance function, influence the wider business and play a key role in creating an organisation that is stronger, smarter and better equipped for the future.

• You will be a confident and credible finance professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical, can-do approach.
