Take charge as Director of Facility Engineering, where your leadership over the Engineering, Maintenance and Process Control divisions will be the cornerstone of our success in achieving operational excellence and economic efficiency.

Your Role Includes:

• Guide Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Control towards elevated production outcomes aligned with cost objectives.
• Manage and empower innovation within the capital budget and technical team growth.
• Maintain all plant facilities and production tools effectively.
• Administer capital funding and engineering expenses strategically.
• Identify and seize new capital investment avenues in consultation with plant experts.
• Conduct hiring processes, handle salary structures, and advance personnel growth.
• Formulate and convey manufacturing and technological goals.
• Control AOP budget encompassing workforce, facilities maintenance, and resource allocation.
• Commit to environmental compliance and underpin safety protocols.

What You Bring:

• BA/BS degree in Engineering.
• 6+ years' experience in engineering with solid project and process leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience guiding teams as a supervisor.
• Extrusion and/or thermoforming insight is advantageous.
• Proven proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal negotiations.
• Competency in resolving complex engineering challenges.
