Job Description
Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Director of Excellence for Children with Learning Differences into the team from 1 January 2026 or earlier if possible.

The position
You will provide strategic leadership of the provision for children with learning differences across Paradigm Trust, supporting and challenging leaders and staff to ensure children receive high-quality, inclusive education.
You will make an active contribution to the overall leadership of the Trust, in line with the Trust's values.
What you will offer

As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience working as a SENCO and the strategic leadership of provision for children with learning differences.
