Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Epidemiology to provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution across global R&D, focusing on oncology programs and supporting neurology as needed.

The role leads NHS, ECAs, PMRs/PMCs, and disease registries, while guiding regulatory submissions and health authority interactions globally. Hybrid/remote work with international travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Epidemiology or closely related field.
• Industry experience in pharma/biotech or epidemiology-focused CRO.
• Experience designing non-interventional studies in oncology/rare diseases.
• Strong regulatory submissions experience (FDA/EMA) and PBRERs.
• Excellent communication of complex epidemiology to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic epidemiology initiatives across Oncology R&D with cross-functional support for Neurology.
• Oversee non-interventional NHS, ECAs, PMRs/PMCs, and disease registries.
• Prepare epidemiology sections of regulatory documents and exemplify in PBRERs and ODDs.
