We are seeking a motivated Director of Environmental Services for our account in Lititz, PA.

Responsibilities include providing leadership to management and housekeeping teams for EVS operations. Must pass drug test and background check.

• Lead an hourly workforce, including recruiting, mentoring, and corrective actions.
• Drive client satisfaction scores.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and patients.
• Collaborate with hospital staff across departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Work with hospital administration to provide excellent service.
• Monitor and manage operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of management experience in long-term care, hospital, or housekeeping roles leading a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
