Job summary

Reading Borough Council invites applications for a Director of Frontline Services to lead a portfolio of core public services and shape strategy in collaboration with Team Reading. You will drive improvements that benefit residents and communities across the borough.

You will oversee a budget over £30 million, prioritise fleet, waste services, and highways modernisation, and support managers through change with a view to delivering public value and continuous service improvement.
