Job summary

Service Care is seeking a Director of Engineering to set the vision and deliver the technical strategy for a cloud-based platform, with remote UK work.

You will lead engineering managers and their teams, drive delivery efficiency, reduce technical debt and own platform reliability, security and compliance including NHS DSPT and GDPR, while partnering with product, clinical and data leaders on priorities and investment.

Qualifications

• Proven senior engineering leadership experience at Head of or Director level.
• Track record of scaling cloud-based software delivery.
• Strong grounding in agile delivery and modern cloud architecture.

Requirements

• Healthcare, digital health or regulated sector experience highly desirable
• Must reside in the UK
