Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee GMP engineering operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across state-of-the-art manufacturing sites.
• Manage engineering teams and contractors, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance.
• Lead maintenance and process engineering to resolve facility issues and ensure equipment is calibrated and operational.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on engineering strategy, budget planning, and project optimization.
• Serve as the key contact during regulatory audits and drive vendor management.

What You'll Bring:

• Established Engineering leader
• 8-10 years Commercial, GMP manufacturing experience within a life sciences organisation (5-7 years minimum)
• Academia experience is a plus (Military or aviation early experience)
• Maintenance & Reliability engineering focus
• BSc / BEng in Engineering or similar or equivalent training / experience in industry
