The Opportunity
Adobe's Enterprise Renewals team focuses on maintaining and growing our Digital Experience business to our enterprise customers. The Director of Digital Media Enterprise Renewals is responsible for building the vision, strategy, and practice needed to lead customer engagement, align to Adobe retention goals for our ETLA business. This leader will be responsible for understanding the business objectives and developing and delivering the strategy needed to accomplish business objectives.
What you’ll do
Think strategically about the state of the business; develop an intimate understanding of our customers and what success means to them.
Define the vision and strategy of customer retention across all Digital Media products and the ETLA program in collaboration with the Virtual team.
Understand business opportunities for driving lifetime value to users, define operating plans cross functionally and be held accountable for delivery against them.
Be responsible to deliver quarterly and annual goals for customer retention aligning with the 3-year strategic roadmap for Digital Media.
Present health of business and growth opportunities to senior leadership on an ongoing basis. Be responsible for attrition forecast for all DMe enterprise lines of business Commercial, Federal, Education and State and Local Govt.
Drive strategic alignment of vision, goals, and approach across various teams like Product BU, Marketing and Go-to-Market for enterprise customers.
Develop data influenced insights to understand the health of the business and discover new opportunities for growth.
Drive renewals process/cadence which includes the process to identify all renewal accounts each week, supervise the pre-renewal process, sales quoting, closing and growing each renewal in collaboration with the sales teams.
Work closely with global leadership to drive KPI strategy and reach growth and retention goals.
What you need to succeed
Strong discernment of enterprise customers and mature subscription business, proven leadership capabilities and demonstrated abilities to thrive in a complex business environment.
Experience in leading teams to a quota for growth and attrition Strong analytical background and critical thinking skills.
Extensive understanding of the tech industry in roles such as business strategy, analytics, marketing, retention, etc.
At least 5 years of leadership experience within a complex, matrixed environment Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong executive presence.
