You will join an award winning, globally recognised luxury skincare brand at a pivotal stage of international growth. This is a high profile opportunity to work closely with a visionary founder and take full ownership of the digital engine behind a modern luxury brand.

The role

This is a senior, high impact leadership role reporting directly to the founder. As Director of Digital Marketing, you will define and drive the global digital strategy, ensuring brand excellence and commercial performance move in lockstep. You will be responsible for turning insight into action, strategy into execution and ambition into measurable growth. This is a role for a digital leader who understands luxury, values craft and knows how to scale without dilution.

Your scope of influence
  • Setting the global digital marketing strategy across all markets and digital touchpoints
  • Driving performance across paid media, organic search, social, CRM, eCommerce and owned platforms
  • Leading digital innovation to keep the brand ahead in a fast moving luxury landscape
  • Partnering closely with brand, product and creative teams to ensure digital activity reflects brand values and aesthetics
  • Overseeing digital storytelling, content strategy and customer journeys from awareness to advocacy
  • Building and inspiring high performing internal teams alongside best in class agency partners
  • Using data, insight and commercial judgement to optimise performance and maximise ROI
  • Acting as a trusted senior partner to the founder and leadership team to support long term growth
