A leading college is seeking a Director of Development and Marketing for their theater. The role involves managing fundraising campaigns, marketing strategies, and strengthening community relations while upholding the theater's mission to enrich the local area. A Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of arts management experience are required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
In partnership with the Executive Artistic Director, the Director of Development and Marketing (DODAM) will be tasked with the development and marketing implementation for the Montgomery Theater, located in Souderton, PA. Development responsibilities include management of individual giving campaigns, corporate giving, grant writing, and special fundraising events. Marketing responsibilities include strategizing and implementing email campaigns, social media, print materials, managing special offers, and additional advertising as needed.

Montgomery Theater is a non-profit professional theater located in Souderton, PA, one hour from Philadelphia. Montgomery Theater is a vital part of the community and a contributor to vast artistic resources of our area. We offer local productions of plays and musicals, standup comedy shows, and acting classes and camps for kids. Each year on our intimate 122 seat Main Stage we produce six professional productions. On our 75-seat Project Stage we produce two family-friendly shows, five Comedy Nights, and one New Work.
Montgomery Theater is an intimate professional theater dedicated to enriching our region by producing modern plays, musicals, and American classics; offering educational programs for local youth; and ensuring equitable access to the performing arts.
