Cybersecurity Director (Consulting)

Location: London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a rapidly evolving, consulting-led technology business backed by decades of industry heritage, now entering a new chapter of strategic growth.

The company has deep expertise across Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities, investing heavily in its Cyber Resilience practice—focusing on Identity & Access Management, Cloud Enablement, DORA readiness, and network security at the edge.

The Role

As Cybersecurity Director, you will play a pivotal role in scaling a high-performing practice with ambitions to double in size this year. Your responsibilities include driving growth through winning and delivering major projects, shaping go-to-market strategy, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders across industry sectors. You will lead with influence, collaborate within a flat, agile business structure, and be trusted to build your own market or vertical.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership in cybersecurity consulting, with experience progressing from hands-on delivery to board-level engagement.
• Expertise in IAM, cloud migration enablement, and regulatory frameworks (especially DORA).
• Track record of winning and delivering large, complex programs.
• Confidence operating at C-suite level, trusted as a strategic advisor.
• Experience in major/Tier 1 consultancies leading cybersecurity programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—ready to build, lead, and define your own market and team.
