Director of Cyber Security – Cloud, IAM, DORA or AI Security

Location: UK-wide, Hybrid

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Director-level cyber leadership role at a global technology powerhouse that’s reinventing itself from the ground up — with full backing to shape, grow, and lead a new wave of consulting-led cyber security services.

We’re looking for someone who’s done the hard yards — who has come through the technical ranks and now brings a powerful combination of cyber domain expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and win major transformation programmes.

You’ll be part of a leadership team building one of the most exciting cyber security consulting practices in the UK — with serious investment, a flat structure, and zero red tape. It’s your chance to build your own market, shape your own team, and deliver real impact across some of the most complex enterprise security challenges.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking a lead role in a fast-growing cyber consulting practice, scaling from 50 to 100+ this year
• Defining and driving the cyber strategy across areas like IAM, DORA readiness, cloud security and AI
• Owning client relationships at CxO level and acting as a trusted advisor across sectors including FS, insurance, and utilities
• Leading business development efforts and securing major cyber transformation projects
• Supporting talent development, practice leadership and global delivery build-out
• Contributing to thought leadership and representing the business externally

What we’re looking for:

• A deep technical background in one or more of: IAM, Cloud Security, DORA, or AI Security
• Experience delivering complex cyber programmes — not from an audit or GRC background
• Strong commercial track record — you’ve won big deals, led teams, and built trusted client relationships
• You’ve worked in both legacy IT environments and more agile, modern consulting firms (e.g. a journey from DXC or Fujitsu into a PA, Deloitte, Accenture etc.)
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to help shape something new
