The Director of Critical National Infrastructure Centre of Excellence (CNI CoE) is the key Atos senior leader responsible for the delivery of the core of our industry operating model in the UK&I Private Sector, focused primarily on 6 key industry verticals: Energy, Utilities, Transport, Logistics, Telecommunications, and Broadcast Media. The Director for CNI CoE remit sits across all key external stakeholders in the CoE, including Clients, Partners & Suppliers, and Industry bodies (incl. regulators and advisors). The mission of this role is to unite Atos’ capabilities, teams, and solutions into one industry-focused function that drives growth, proactively for Atos across these 6 sub-sectors for new and existing customers

Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and strategic direction of the Centre of Excellence
  • Unite all capabilities, skills, knowledge, and solutions into one ‘best athlete’ ecosystem
  • Develop and manage partnerships with industry stakeholders and clients
  • Drive innovation, collaboration, research, and market engagement initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with government regulations and industry standards
  • Ensure common engineering skills and domain expertise are tailored to industry-specific offerings and services for our clients
  • Channel the wider Atos portfolio into relevant offerings meeting the specific challenges of the 6 sub-industries identified. Portfolio development
  • Contribute to the development of new products and the generation of IP through the identification of customer and industry needs and trends
  • Co-develop new Industry-specific solutions with customers, People Management
  • Lead and functionally manage a dedicated CoE team covering (Operations, Innovation, Client Relationships, Regulatory Compliance, Program Delivery)
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships at the Executive level
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Understanding client business goals and developing & aligning strategies for growth
  • Coordinating internal teams to deliver client solutions, thinking creatively to offer tailored solutions
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams

Requirements

  • Understanding the market, competitors, and trends
  • Understanding budgets, pricing models, and ROI.
