About the role

Onclusive is currently undergoing a major Transformation programme, integrating multiple companies and re-engineering core systems and processes. The Director of Corporate Applications and Data leads the technical and product aspects supporting all Corporate Systems and Data across the Onclusive Group. This role involves working in a complex, volatile, and uncertain environment, overseeing both BAU and Transformation teams. The focus is on maintaining BAU service objectives while enabling the Transformation programme to deliver new platforms, processes, and organizational models to support them. The goal is to deliver globally consistent corporate systems with high integration between applications.

Your responsibilities
  • Involvement in Enterprise Data Architecture
  • Direct engagement with Data Analysts
  • Support in software development – Salesforce, Business Central, HiBob SMEs
  • Manage reporting (Regular and Ad Hoc)
  • Participate in programme management / PMO / Business Analysis
  • Oversee Corporate Application Managers and System Administrators
  • Manage Vendors (CRM, ERP specialists)
  • Oversee application deployments across all business environments
  • Ensure effective operational deployment and support of IT systems and applications
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to IT teams
  • Establish and monitor Service Level Targets / KPIs
  • Contribute to IT strategy development and execution as part of the IT leadership team
  • Lead application strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall IT and enterprise plans
  • Coordinate change management with business teams to minimize operational impact
  • Build relationships with IT leaders and stakeholders to align IT services with business needs
  • Assess external and internal technology capabilities for integration
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to foster a business-oriented culture

  1. Microsoft Business Central (ERP)
  2. Salesforce (CRM)
  3. Hubspot (Marketing Automation)
  4. HiBob (HR)

These are supported by internal data repositories, including client consumption data.

Who you are
  • A strong business transformation leader with extensive CRM/ERP rollout experience, particularly with Salesforce
  • A self-driven, motivated senior IT leader with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and executive presence
  • Skilled in gathering and prioritizing business requirements, designing solutions that adhere to architectural standards, and guiding project/support teams
  • Experience with a broad range of business processes and corporate applications in complex, multi-location environments
  • Capable of leading a fast-paced IT team of full-time and contract staff
  • Able to manage multiple projects and support activities simultaneously
  • Proficient in identifying opportunities for cost-effective IT investments
  • Consistently achieves high standards of quality and performance
