Construction Director for London Leisure operator needed. We’re working with a high-growth operator in the leisure and entertainment sector on a newly created senior opportunity, based at their Liverpool Street HQ, offering equity participation and the chance to take ownership of a diverse and fast-expanding UK estate. This role includes equity issued post-probation, tied to a future transaction, with the potential for a significant six-figure pay-out.

This is a client-side role for an experienced construction or project leader with a track record of delivering high-spec, customer-facing venues — such as cinemas, tech-led leisure spaces, immersive environments, or premium F&B fit-outs.
You’ll oversee the full life cycle of new site builds, refurbishments, and estate maintenance — from design input and contractor coordination through to compliance sign-off, stakeholder management, and final delivery. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, with a strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety, and operational readiness in high-footfall environments.
