Oldham seeks a dynamic, visionary leader to take its Ofsted-rated 'Good' service to Outstanding. You will oversee key service including Children’s Services Integration, Corporate Parenting, Safeguarding, Social Work, and Early Help, with a team of around 600 staff.

As Director of Children’s Social Care, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of services, provide expert advice on safeguarding and corporate parenting, and drive continuous improvement by uniting the team around shared priorities and future goals.
