Channel Sales at Nutanix

The Director of Channel & Ecosystems for UK&I would be a part of Nutanix's Channel Sales team. This team develops new accounts, expands into new divisions and organizations, and builds partner skills on the Nutanix portfolio. Supported by departments such as Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, the team is equipped with tools to exceed sales goals. They work closely with sales management to develop and execute strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Channel SEs and Enablement for success.

Your Role
  1. Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers
  2. Foster relationships with Nutanix partners across UK&I
  3. Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy
  4. Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio
  5. Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy
  7. Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
  8. Collaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generation
What You Will Bring
  1. 8-12 years of experience
  2. Strong understanding of sales process and Channel Sales
  3. Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers
  4. Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques
  5. Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
  6. Ability to plan and operate within a budget
  7. Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
