A leading care services provider in the West Midlands seeks an experienced Director of Care to oversee services for Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health. The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure compliance with CQC and Ofsted standards, and drive developments in the sector. Essential qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and significant industry experience. This role offers a salary of £80,000 - £90,000.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' senior leadership in Mental Health and/or Challenging Behaviour services.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
