The role involves applying your skills in efficiency, functional excellence, and transformation, focusing on automating and digitalizing finance processes to enable strategic business partnering and growth support. Additionally, you will lead the Business Performance and Group Financial planning functions, delivering strategic support, insights, and modern reporting.

This critical role directs understanding of Group Business Performance and executes financial strategies for profitable, sustainable growth. You will transform finance capabilities, processes, and systems, enhancing productivity and impact through data-driven insights and effective finance business partnering.

You will shape and lead the Finance Centre of Excellence, managing core financial, planning, and analysis processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, strategy, transformation, and leadership, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy, Performance Management & Business Partnering

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance and align financial initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead financial and strategic planning processes (Budgeting, Reforecasting, 3Y and 5Y plans).
• Collaborate with leadership to improve business plans and forecasting accuracy.
• Create performance reports, monitor financial and business performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Analyze trends, identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Advise senior executives, including on M&A projects.

Financial Excellence & Transformation

• Develop a compelling 5-year vision and lead finance transformation programmes.
• Oversee the Finance Centre of Excellence, leveraging SAP and other technologies for best practices and continuous improvement.
• Implement improvements in systems, reporting, and analytics.
• Drive capability enhancement initiatives and improve financial literacy across functions.
• Measure and report on finance performance and efficiency savings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related.
• Extensive experience in finance, performance management, or transformation with leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proven success in financial transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in FP&A, performance management, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of financial systems like SAP, analytics, and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
• Leadership qualities with a collaborative style.
