Salary: £81,279 (includes car allowance)

Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Wallington, Surrey, with hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days remote, Mondays and Wednesdays mandated)

Crimestoppers is an independent charity that empowers people to speak up and stop crime anonymously by phone and online, 24/7, 365 days a year. We also provide advice on crime prevention to protect communities.

Our mission is to create a society where everyone feels safe, regardless of where they live.

We are a respected organisation with a strong voice and presence in securing funding. We act as solution-oriented consultants, understanding our clients' environments to tailor bespoke packages of our key products.

Our income sources include over £1.3m from statutory bodies and trusts, contributing to our total annual income of over £6.5m, with approximately 50% derived from these sources.

As Director of Business Development, you will lead the organisation's growth and financial sustainability, expanding our services and increasing income through strategic development of our offerings.

This role is vital for the charity's future success. You will advise the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees on developing innovative, proactive business strategies. While our current offerings are strong, there is potential for further development.

You will be a collaborative, inclusive leader with integrity, committed to putting beneficiaries at the heart of our work.
