Payments can be so much more than a transaction. For airlines, the right payments strategy can improve conversion, reduce costs, unlock revenue and create a better experience for customers. At CellPoint, that’s exactly what we help our customers achieve. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Director, Airline Business Development to lead and accelerate CellPoint’s airline business from London, with a focus on expanding our presence across key global markets.
This is a senior, market-facing leadership role for someone who knows the airline industry inside out, has established relationships with senior decision-makers and thrives on creating opportunities where no formal buying process exists. You’ll engage directly with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and senior leaders across payments, e-commerce, revenue management, finance, treasury and customer experience helping them understand how a different payments strategy can improve conversion, reduce costs, unlock new revenue and deliver a better customer experience.
You’ll be an experienced enterprise sales or business development professional who knows how to create opportunities and build credibility with senior decision-makers. You’re comfortable with complex sales cycles, curious enough to get underneath a customer’s challenges and commercially minded enough to turn those conversations into a compelling business case.
Because this isn’t a role where everything has already been mapped out for you. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we grow in an important market, influence our commercial approach and build relationships with some of the region’s leading airlines. You’ll also be joining a team that sees payments differently. Not simply as something that happens at checkout, but as an opportunity to improve revenue, margin and the overall customer experience. If you like creating momentum, opening doors and turning good conversations into meaningful commercial opportunities, we’d love to talk.
