Job summary

Havas Market UK is seeking a Biddable Director to lead and develop a high-performing team across paid social and programmatic campaigns. You will work with client planning, DNA, and investment teams to craft innovative biddable propositions and roadmaps that align with client objectives and KPIs.

You will mentor and manage a team of biddable specialists, foster collaboration, and drive partnerships with technology vendors and publishers.

Qualifications

Strong background in Paid Social and/or Programmatic campaigns within agency, platform, media owner, consultancy or in-house environments.
Proven leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to educate internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead biddable planning and implementation, coordinating with client planning teams and investment team.
Manage the biddable team to deliver high standard outputs and strategic roadmaps.
Collaborate across groups to set expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and evolve best-in-class client roadmaps and guide the team.
Present opportunities to maximise Biddable potential and drive investment planning.
Mentor junior team members and grow team capabilities.
